Does DRX calculate and file sales taxes for retail merchants?

No. DRX records operator-entered tax rates on receipts and daily summaries. Merchants are responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting all applicable municipal, state, and federal taxes.

Is DRX certified for medical dispensaries or prescription pharmacy workflows?

No. DRX is designed for lawful general regulated retail. It is not healthcare or pharmacy dispensing software and does not support HIPAA-covered clinical records.

Does DRX or Wrelik Brands LLC sell customer mobile numbers or store records?

Never. We maintain a strict zero-sale policy. Customer phone numbers and transaction records are never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers or data brokers. Data is processed solely by authorized infrastructure service providers to operate the platform and deliver store services in accordance with our Terms.

How do retail customers request data access or profile deletion?

Customers can submit a verified request directly to their store or through support@deelrxcrm.com. Personal identifiers are permanently deleted from active systems, while anonymous sales ledger totals are preserved to satisfy statutory tax accounting requirements.

How does DRX respond to law enforcement requests or subpoenas?

Wrelik Brands LLC complies with valid, lawful legal process only after thorough review by designated legal counsel. We do not volunteer store records, and all customer data is protected by multi-tenant isolation and AES-256 encryption.

How does automated retention cleanup affect store records?

Store operators can configure retention policy thresholds to delete inactive customer records after 30, 180, or 365 days. The cleanup routine permanently removes eligible customer records while automatically preserving profiles linked to open sales or active store credit balances.
