3. 3Answer any other questions shown on your phone. It is okay if your app goes straight to the new workspace after the names.

5. 5Tell us if any question is confusing, too small, cut off, or hard to answer.

2. 2Make sure the screens you can open fit the job role you were given.

2. 2Use a made-up name and SKU. Add a cost and selling price.
3. 3On Android, add a starting amount now. On iPhone or iPad, save first, open the product, tap Record Intake, and add the starting amount there.
4. 4Save the product, close DRX, and open it again.
5. 5Find the product and make sure its price and amount still match.

1. 1Tap Customers, then Add.
2. 2Enter a made-up name. Leave the phone and email blank, or use clearly made-up details.
3. 3Add a small credit limit so you can try a credit sale later.
4. 4Save the customer, close and reopen DRX, then find them in the customer list.
5. 5Make sure the available credit matches the limit you entered. You do not need to reopen contact details if your phone app does not offer that yet.

2. 2Tap Checkout, choose Cash, enter enough cash, and finish the sale.
3. 3Check Sales History and Inventory. The sale should appear once and stock should go down.
4. 4Start another sale, pick your made-up customer, choose Credit, and finish it.
5. 5Check the customer's available credit and Sales History. The numbers should match the sale.

1. 1While online, open the offline status card and make sure this phone is allowed to sell offline.
2. 2Turn on airplane mode, return to POS, and make a small cash sale.
3. 3Look for the message that says the sale is waiting to sync.
4. 4Keep airplane mode on, close DRX completely, reopen it, and make sure the waiting sale is still there.
5. 5Turn the internet back on and wait for syncing to finish.
6. 6Check Sales History. The sale should appear once, not twice.

1. 1Check that this phone is allowed to take credit sales offline.
2. 2Turn on airplane mode and start a small sale for your made-up customer.
3. 3Choose Credit and finish the sale. If DRX says this is not allowed, mark Couldn't test and copy the message into your notes.
4. 4Reconnect, wait for syncing, then check the sale and customer balance.

2. 2Create a made-up delivery if your test shop has deliveries turned on.
3. 3Open Deliveries, open the new delivery, and tap Assign to Me if it is shown.
4. 4Tap Mark Uber Ordered, enter a 2-minute wait, and confirm.
5. 5Lock the phone and wait up to 2 minutes. The reminder should not show a name, address, or sale details.
